Overview

But importing that CSV into QuickBooks is still manual, error-prone, and often requires field mapping that breaks when banks change formats. With direct export, you skip the CSV step entirely — your transactions land where they belong, ready for reconciliation.
How it works
1. Connect your QuickBooks Online account to Statement Flow (OAuth). 2. Upload or schedule bank statement conversions (PDF, JPG, PNG). 3. Review the parsed data in our dashboard if needed. 4. Click Export to QuickBooks — we’ll package it in QBO/WebConnect format and push it into your QBO account. 5. Log into QuickBooks and review the imported transactions.
