Statement Flow End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Gilder, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of Statement Flow (“Software” or “Service”). By accessing, installing, or using Statement Flow, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Statement Flow for personal or business use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software beyond its intended use.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

• Use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

• Share, resell, or sublicense your access without prior written consent.

3. Ownership

Statement Flow, including all intellectual property rights, remains the sole property of Gilder, Inc. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Access to certain features of Statement Flow requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed at checkout through our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). Fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Data Handling & Security

• Uploaded bank statements are processed securely using encryption.

• You retain all rights to your data; we do not claim ownership of your financial content.

• We comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws (GDPR/CCPA).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6. Updates & Availability

We may update or modify Statement Flow at any time. While we strive for 24/7 uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your license will immediately end, and you must cease all use of Statement Flow.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Statement Flow is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gilder, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use Statement Flow.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of Statement Flow after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
