Restrictions

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

  • Use Statement Flow for any unlawful purposes.

Ownership Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to Statement Flow remain the property of Gilder, Inc.

3. Permitted Uses

Allowed Use
You may use Statement Flow for:

  • Uploading your own financial documents for conversion.

  • Exporting structured data (CSV, JSON, or integrations) for personal, business, or client bookkeeping/accounting purposes.

Prohibited Use

  • Uploading documents that you do not have the legal right to process.

  • Attempting to bypass credit/quota limits.

  • Using Statement Flow to build a competing service.

4. Support and Updates

Support Scope
We provide support for:

  • Account setup, billing, and subscription management.

  • Basic usage questions related to document conversion and integrations.

Updates
We may release updates, improvements, or new features. Some updates may be provided automatically, while access to premium updates may require an active subscription.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and subscription-based nature of Statement Flow, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If technical issues make the service unusable and cannot be resolved by support, you may request review for a potential refund.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of Statement Flow constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
